- cvarblock bypass hack detected
- sv_cheats bypass hack detected
- overviewhack blocked
- minimaphack blocked
- new command: cvarblock_check_server to see some servercvars
- fixed a way to bypass sv_consistency
- interp values with 3 decimal places are now possible
- Servercvar "cvarblock_interpolate" added (so that leagues like CAL can force cl_interpolate 1, not allowed to change this in esl-europe)
- some other small changes
