no sé que es eso que has pegado xDDDD en teoría tienes que tener un archivo que se llama
config.sample.inc.php
Pues bien, lo renombras a config.inc.php y cambias los valores de dentro. El archivo contiene esto:

Que en principio tendrás que configurar las rutas y poco más. De todas formas algo me dice que el problema no está ahí :S
