Sorry for the lack of news....
here is a [update] of the situation...
I think it was to early to talk about the pvp coding. I did not expect to have so much problem with the multiplayer aura sharing system. Thing is, i havent think about all the summons, the bonus stats coding and all the bugs that come with!
Its good to see all those problem right now, cause while testing, we find a bug that give you infinite damage...
Also, i spend about 6 hours to figure out a little little bug with enchanted damage weapon bonus that was apply to the same kind of item if you equip it right after. (make them OP). Add this with the bug i randomly found where necromancer curse was not working with summons attacking a monster.
Whatever, all this nitmare is fixed. (after 2 days...)
Still, i am not done with those aura thing. The PvP coding will have to wait a little bit. (i just cant wait to start this)
Remember, the pvp coding is (THE LAST STEP) of the core developement. After that, the game is ready for ...yes i will said it...ready for alpha! (sure i will have to set up all the zones before, town, link the quests, code some random monsters, random events, etc...). Those things are not that long to make, its simply copy/paste in general, so it might go fast.
In general, i am in late in the development. Summer is here, alpha not ready but i am close to the goal.
Also, i am back to my (real) full-time job, to get some money you know (hehe). That slow the developement a lot . Financial support help me to get some day off from my work to focus more on The Curse of Tristram.
