la que nos espera? yo ya estoy sufriendo en mis propias carnes los "propósitos de año nuevo". Grupitos en la misma maquina/banca/rack con descansos eternos. Encima muchas de las caras son de años pasados...
Lo digo porque my gym no es uno comercial. Los que entreneis en sitios de ese tipo, que zyzz os coja confesados... yo cortaria cuellos en las duchas.
@yuckylavado This caption is inspired by a post I saw a while back from my brother Kane Sumabat @timbahwolf. Shredding down bodyfat is a luxury. So many people complain about how 'hard' cutting is.. and how they wish they could eat or participate in social events.. but avoid going because they have to diet and be miserable. I have a word of advice for that: If you can't handle a cut.. dont fcking cut. If you can't cut while finding balance in your life... don't fcking cut. If you think dieting takes precedence over once-in-a-lifetime events... don't f*cking cut. We are FORTUNATE to be ABLE to eat in excess, and we FORCE ourselves to eat in a deficit when we cut. That is a luxury. You think you're starving on a cut? Go hit up a third world country with kids drinking dirty water and eating the bare minimum to stay alive.... then come back and bitch about your cut. Bet my life you wont. You need to understand that fitness should be complementary to our everyday lives-- NOT consumptive of them. Enjoy the process and don't take it for granted. Dont let it be anything but positive and make sure your mindset stays positive too. If you find that your life is taking more of a detriment than benefit from your fitness efforts, stop. Reevaluate your true priorities and save getting shredded for when you're ready to handle it the right way. Some food for thought for those of you dieting
