Clic derecho en la barra de tareas/barras de herramientas/escoger al gusto del consumidor.

na pero el problema, esk el icono maravilloso de "mostrar escritorio" no lo tengo, como hago para volver a ponerlo?

Lo has borrado o algo??

If the Show Desktop icon is deleted from Quick Launch, the procedure below will recreate the file.

Open Notepad and enter the following text:

[Shell]
Command=2
IconFile=explorer.exe,3
[Taskbar]
Command=ToggleDesktop

Save the new file as Show Desktop.scf then drag and drop the icon on the Quick Launch bar or whatever location you want the shortcut to appear.

Como dice #2 haces click con el boton derecho encima de la barra del menu inicio y vas a Barras de Herramientas -> Y activa la de Inicio rápido que es la que trae el mostrar escritorio por defecto
