Error PHP: Error with PHP mail(): Multiple or malformed newlines found

Hola buenas tardes, tenía una Web que funcionaba bien y de repente a la hora de rellenar el formulario y enviarlo me salía el siguiente error.
Error with PHP mail(): Multiple or malformed newlines found in additional_header
Vi por google que era porque había demasiado saltos de Lineas "\n"quité una variable y el formulario se mandaba, ahora tengo otros problema, los correos que envía están en formato HTML y los datos adjuntos que se mandan con el formulario no salen. Os adjunto el código original php.

Cosas a tener en cuenta:
No tengo idea de php
La web la creó otro tipo
Creo que el error dado es porque se actualizo la version de php en el hosting.
Actualemnte para que no me salga el error de las multiples cabeceras he eliminado de la linea 1519 (He marcado la linea en el codigo si buscais 1519 la encontrareis) lo siguiente:
$this->_header_str, "-f".

Así el error de las cabeceras se quita pero me manda los mensajes en formato HTML. EJEMPLO:
