after the 1.5 patch update the larva bug preventing new hatches being built has returned. As a zerg player at first I was worried about this affecting zerg late game and I think I was right about that. I just saw the third game between idra and taeja and for those who does not want this match to be spoiled just acknowledge the bug and close this window.
basically idra had the game won where he had drones and army supply advantage and bank but he GG outed for no reason? if you paid more attention you would see everytime when his base was killed, you would see an idle drone just sitting there and not remaking his base. and if you see his camera shot, he would have a really annoyed expression even tho none of his units have been killed or anything. I really suspect that its because of this bug. There is a way around this buy making all your larva produce drones and cancelling them therefore killing all your larva but it requires so much more needless apm and well as wasting resources.
