Como gran novedad, para este evento será OBLIGATORIO el uso de Discord. De este modo se facilitará muchísimo la comunicación entre todos.
For the first time, the use of Discord will be MANDATORY. This way, communication between teams/organization is going to be a lot easier.

El torneo será eliminación directa con 16 equipos.

QUÉ ES DISCORD? / WHAT'S DISCORD?
Discord es un programa similar al IRC de la época pero modernizado, con la inclusión de canales de voz, una interfaz moderna, muy fácil de utilizar, y totalmente gratuito.
Su uso es muy intuitivo. Básicamente pincháis en el siguiente link y os pedirá un Nick y un e-mail usado para confirmar la cuenta. Directamente estaréis conectados con todos los demás!
Cada equipo debe tener almenos a 2 de sus players en el canal el día de la copa, para facilitar la organización y la comunicación a todos. Preferiblemente capitanes.

It's use is really intuitive. Basically click on the following link and it will ask you to introduce a Nick and an e-mail that is used to confirm the account. You'll be then connected with everyone else!
Every team must have at least 2 of their players in the channel during the cup, so to make everything easier to organize and help communication between teams. Team captains preferable.

REGLAS / RULES
- El responsable del server ha de postear RCON_STATUS y Screenshots de cada parte. Ambas se han de subir aquí.
- Todos los jugadores han de grabar demo in-eye. Se pueden pedir demo a un máximo de 2 jugadores hasta 30 minutos tras terminar el partido. Usad http://www.zippyshare.com/ para subir las demos y postead aquí mismo los links.
- No insultos, piques o similares que fastidien el buen ambiente de la competición. No es obligatorio hacer idle cuando un jugador se cae, pero es aconsejable por el bien del fair play.
- Se utilizarán cfgs europeas, cada server tiene su server15.cfg subida. 15 mins por parte, un mapa por ronda.
- En caso de que el rival llegue tarde, se esperarán hasta 20 minutos, tiempo a partir del cual se puede pedir victoria por forfeit.
- Los infils están prohibidos excepto en caso de emergencia. Aun y así, el rival y los admins han de aceptar el uso de infils.
- El uso de los bugs de la granada y prone-shooting con clara intención de obtener ventaja está TERMINANTEMENTE PROHIBIDO con pena de darse el partido por perdido. Si sucede una vez por error, no pasa nada.
- Todos los equipos tendrán que estar registrados antes de las 12:00 del día 22, después no se permiten cambios.
- Se presupone que todo jugador que toma parte en esta copa ha leído y aceptado estas normas al participar. El no conocimiento de las normas no exime de la pena correspondiente.
Los admins se reservan el derecho a castigar y/o eliminar aquellos equipos que incumplan las normas según criterio oportuno.
ENGLISH- The server manager is responsible for taking RCON_STATUS and scores screenshots. Both must be uploaded here.
- All players must record in-eyes demo. A team can ask for a maximum of 2 enemy players to upload their demos, up to 30 min after the match. Use http://www.zippyshare.com/ to upload the demos and post the links here.
- Don't insult, rage or similar for the sake of having a healthy and fun tournament. It's not mandatory to idle when an enemy crashes, but it is advisable for mantaining fair-play.
- European cfgs will be used. Every server has it's server15.cfg uploaded ready to be executed. 15 mins per part, one map each round.
- In case the enemy is late, the players must wait for them for 20 minutes before asking a forfeit win.
- Mercs are forbidden except for emercency need. In that case, the enemy team and the admins must agree on letting the merc play.
- The use of grenade or prone-shooting bugs with the idea of obtaining and unfair advantage is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. Players using those can cause a direct lose of the match they used it on. If the bug happens once, it could be understood that it was not intented.
- All teams have to be registered before the 22nd at 12:00. After, no changes are allowed.
- Every players is supposed to have read and accepted this rules. Rules ignorance does not exime team and/or players of punishment
The admins reserve the right of punishing and/or eliminating any team that breaks the rules with the respective criteria.
