CNET stumbled upon this 3rd party controller for the PS2 at CES yesterday, which is called the SplitFish GameWare DualFX. As you can see from the picture on the left, it bears a striking resemblance (at least in principle) to Nintendo's Revolution controller. The DualFX is apparently aimed towards controlling first person shooter games, with the left half controlling movement and the right half pointing the on screen gun by the way of a built-in laser.
According to CNET, the DualFX "laser system proved very inconsistent in hands-on tests". We wouldn't be surprised to find that this is a sign of bad engineering and poor integration with the software, rather than of a flawed design. We don't know about you, but we'll be holding onto our $60 while we wait for the real McCoy. And besides, gold plastic just ain't our style.
Os dejo buscando las diferencias con el original.
¡Suerte!
