Lemondogs: Qualified. They could go Heimerdinger mid or Zilean support, it wouldn't matter.
Gambit: 2nd place if EG, NiP and Fnatic lose one game. Unfavorable tiebreakers could lead them to 5th place at worst. They will get the short end of every tiebreaker possible.
Evil Geniuses: A win would mean they're 4th at worst (Gambit wins, NiP wins). Gambit loses, NiP wins = tiebreak party! A loss exposes them to a plethora of tie scenarios.
Fnatic: Winning vs Gambit would guarantee them * 2nd place if EG loses and NiP lose one game at least. * 3rd place if EG wins. * Tie for 2nd if NiP wins their games and EG doesn't. Tiebreaker game to play.
Losing that game would expose them to tiebreak scenarios. On the flipside, they're guaranteed to have their fate in their hands.
SK Gaming: Winning this game would allow them to play tiebreak scenarios. If they lose and EG loses, they're out.
Ninjas in Pyjamas: Winning both games means they would be guaranteed Top 3. If Fnatic loses one game and NiP wins both, they're 2nd regardless.
Team Alternate: Winning one game would secure chances for tiebreakers. Winning two (meaning NiP loses one) forces tiebreak scenarios at 2nd place at best (3-way at least).
MYM: They could play AP Vayne or AD Soraka, doesn't matter the slightest.
