A su vez, se forma también el equipo EANIX, que tiene la plaza de Team Dragon Knights de la Challenger Series.
Newly created esports organization Eanix has purchased Team Dragon Knights North American Challenger Series spot.
Eanix was founded by Amro "noXn" Hamza, who was formerly a co-owner of VexX Gaming. As a result of purchasing TDK's spot, Hamza has given his share of VexX back to the team and is no longer a part of the VexX organization. He would not comment on how much he acquired the spot for.
"It's always been my dream to start my own organization," Hamza said. "I know how difficult it is to do that, but I have a really solid backing right now behind me team wise, support staff wise, etc. I think this is the right time to do it, and we really hope to make a splash this season."
Earlier this month, TDK was banned from the LCS along with Renegades after multiple transgressions, including failing to pay players and providing a safe working environment for them. TDK had 10 days to sell their NACS spot.
While Eanix has yet to announce a roster, Hamza said that the team is trying out "any and all free agents that we feel will mesh with the rest of the team."
Eanix also plans to expand to CS:GO, Rocket League and other games in the future.
