"I redeemed a prize, but my PTZ didn't deduct and I didn't receive a receipt!"
Don't worry--this is normal. The PTZ deduction and order confirmation
are on a delay.

"Things were fresh out and I didn't get to redeem the prize I wanted."
Redemptions are very popular, and many items run out quickly,
particularly the games and electronics. We know you must be bummed
out if you didn't get the prize you wanted, but remember--PTZ are good
for a year after you earn them, so there will be many more chances to
use them.

"Is there a second wave?"
No. As we announced earlier this week, there will only be one wave.

#3868 yo en este redeem de enero tenia puesto el link de la psp (lo puse en marcadores del redeem de diciembre) y cuando le di, unicamente me llevo a la pag donde sale lo de electronics y demas... :_(
