Tengo en todos los servers de faceit alemanes un ping de 150ms, me gustaría saber si alguien ha podido solucionar este problema. Se comentaba que poniendo en opciones de lanzamiento del juego el puerto del servidor se solucionaba, pero en mi caso no se arregla. He hablado con la compañía y me han abierto todos los puertos pero sigo teniendo el mismo problema.
Desde Faceit me han deribado a hiperZ, los cuales después de comprobar varias veces mi conexión me dicen lo siguiente.

Be aware that since the COVID-19 lockdowns started there have been some residential ISPs around the world experiencing congestions and slows internet.
That is due to those ISPs networks not having enough bandwidth to properly serve their customers traffic.
All our locations are massively overprovisioned and we are not experiencing congestions at this time.I've checked your test results and by the look of it the problem appears to be caused by your Internet Service Operator at home as they are adding random spikes of packetloss and high latency within their own network.
Make sure you are connected to the internet using cable ethernet wire (powerline/wireless/wifi connections are known to cause similar issues to the one detected here).
Based on the test result seems like:
- your ISP is adding 44 ms lag spikes as early as 10.194.190.1
- your ISP is introducing packetloss in the path as early as 10.194.190.1
Please make sure you are connected using a stable and reliable connection (no LTE, no 3G, no 4G, no mobile hotspot, no tethering).
Additionally make sure you are connected to your router directly with an ethernet network cable (no wifi/no devolo/no powerline) and with nothing else in between your computer and your internet router.
If you are connected with network ethernet cable to your modem/router then you must contact your Internet Connection support and have them fix the issue.
