The last one is incorrect because "worth" is only an adjective or a noun, the verb is "be worth" so you mustn't use "does" and is followed by gerund.

The first one doesn't follow interrogative structure: Auxiliary + subject + verb?, I don't know if it'd be correct "Is a dog worth getting?" but I don't think so.

Let's see if someone else can confirm it.

#2094 'It doesn't matter' is the correct and the standard way of saying it. But, anyway, things like 'it don't matter' are very common. I can show you a lot of 'mistakes' like this in many songs from native American English speakers.

For example in the song 'Somebody Gotta Die' by the American rapper 'Notorious B.I.G' you can find expressions like:

• I gets up quick...
• I opens up the door...

It's just wrong, but many people say thing this way. It's maybe just slang or maybe they don't know the rules of grammar. But I think is the fist one, slang. Or they want to sound pretty informal o careless about the grammar.

Another option: 'it don't matter' in that song sounds better that 'it doesn't matter'.

It's very common in english (even for native speakers) to write wrong lyrics either because it blends better with the music, because it makes it sound more colloquial or any other reason.

Specifically, this isn't the first time I see "It don't matter". Antoher example which comes to my mind is in Guns N'Roses' song "You Could be Mine". In one stanza, it says:

While you're breakin' down my back n'
I been rackin' out my brain
It don't matter how we make it
'Cause it always ends the same
You can push it for more mileage
But your flaps r' wearin' thin
And I could sleep on it 'til mornin'
But this nightmare never ends
Don't forget to call my lawyers

As you can see, there are plenty of mispronounced words too. In Spain we have differents thoughs about lyrics and we attach very importance for them not only to be well written in gramatical terms but also we don't like when a text says things like "pa" instead of "para", "cogío" instead of "cogido" even in places where the common speaking is that way. Anglophone people don't care that much about it.

The problem is even worse when you talk about non-native English speakers writting in English.

Taking advantage of this, I don't see any proper way to write "le damos mucha importancia no sólo a que estén bien escritas gramaticalmente hablando sino que tampoco nos gusta cuando un texto dice..." I'd thank some help.
