Thoughts on Elise:
Recently I've been thinking about how to build Elise. I've heard many people say that she's not good but I feel that her skillset is too interesting for me to give up, so Im trying to make her work.
Her main damage is from her Q, but her AP ratio on the Q is really low, and hence I've been trying out many different ways of building her.
At the moment, I feel that the most suitable route to go is to utilise her high base damage+high CDR+Some tankiness.
She is a champion that can deal damage from behind or change form and enter the teamfight, and thus I feel that she needs a little tankiness.
At the moment, I feel that the best items to get for her are: Sorcerror Shoes, Haunting Guise, Shurelia's Reverie, WotA, and Rylai Runes: Magic Pen Marks, Armor Seals, Magic resist(not sure per level/flat) Glyphs, and Movement Speed Quints
Elise's main weakness is having no escape mechanism, and hence I get a Shurelia's Reverie early. When escaping, use E to create a little distance before popping Shurelia to ensure you escape.~
Elise in the top lane is very strong, but she will be vulnerable to ganks and will lack damage late game. Thus, you have to take advantage of her strong early lane to build an early lead to stay ahead or on par with your opponents later on in the game.~
