Ah y respecto a los junglas, es cierto que el nivel general de NA es bastante bajo, pero para mi es una realidad que el mejor Meteos es muchísimo mejor que cualquier jungla de EUW, sobretodo desde que el bueno de Danil está retired.

La multa fue porque Bjergsen habló con OTRO jugador para que le sustituyera a ÉL, la multa es a él... date tiempo. TSM maneja rito sí xDDDD

El agujero en las reglas existe, otra cosa es que quieras ser tan "listo" como CLG, y hacer un pulso con rito.

#2202 es tan jodidamente absurdo leer que si tienes 2 excepciones no puedes fichar un extranjero. Pero si tienes un extranjero y una excepción puedes fichar la segunda... Que tienen que hacerlo!!! XD

#2226 Te equivocas con un extranjero y una excepción no puedes fichar otro extranjero.

Lo que van a hacer es:

1º - "Peinar" al a excepción. (lustboy)
2º - Fichar un segundo extranjero (jungler).
3º - Meter de nuevo a la excepción. (lustboy)

Y oficialmente no han incumplido nada. Riot modificará sin retroactividad + sanción de $ insignificante para una organización como TSM. Y todos contentos. Menos los equipos que no estén atentos y hagan eso mismo ya.

Basicamente Lustboy ya estaba en la region ANTES de que cambiasen las normas y por lo tanto cuenta como residente en esta. Lo hicieron para que los equipos no tengan que cambiar el roster debido a las nuevas normas (que seria una guarrada inmensa)

It covers the rules, but the tricky one is this one:
For most intents and purposes, exempt non-residents are treated exactly the same as resident players. The chief difference is that if a team has two or more exempt non-resident players, they cannot add additional non-exempt non-resident players to their starting roster.
The terminology can get confusing. From here on forward "exempt non-resident" = grandfathered player, "non-exempt non-resident" = new foreign player.
Lustboy is a grandfathered player because he started for TSM in 2014.
The last sentence of that rule is what prevents TSM (if they're currently using Bjergsen and Lustboy) from signing a new foreign player. You can't bring on a new foreign player if you already have two grandfathered players.
However, the rule doesn't cover the reverse situation, where TSM has only one grandfathered player (Bjergsen) and only one new foreign player, and is trying to bring in another grandfathered player.
Example
Suppose TSM is currently Dyrus, Bjergsen, and Wildturtle. It's obvious that they would be allowed to bring in a new foreign player.
Now the team is Dyrus, [foreign player], Bjergsen, Wildturtle. It's obvious that they would be allowed to bring in an NA player (resident).
But the rule states that grandfathered players (like Lustboy) are "treated exactly the same as resident players." The rules identify only one substantive difference. But that difference isn't applicable to this situation.
The difference applies when a team has two (or more) grandfathered players and wants to add a new foreign player. The hypothetical TSM move would be a team with two foreign players (one new, one grandfathered) trying to add a grandfathered player.
This is very similar to a situation already permitted by the rules.
Team is starting three residents, two non-residents, and wants to replace a resident with an exempt non-resident.
This is given as an example of a permissible move. If TSM drops Lustboy and signs a new foreign Jungler, they'll have two residents and two non-residents. The rules specifically allow them to add an exempt non-resident (Lustboy).

e) Starters. For purposes of Rule 1.2, as stated in Rule 3.2, a "Starter" is defined as one of the five players established in the Team's starting lineup for any given game.

So they would have to swap out the non exempt player if they wanted to use Lustboy and vice versa. This is covered in the rules, no loophole. Can't have 2+ exempt non residents and then use a non-exempt in the same game. It can be 1 Exempt + 1 Foreign. So you'd have to sit someone out as a starter for that game.

To expand mode about the question of the minimum 3 requirement : For most intents and purposes, exempt non-residents are treated exactly the same as resident players. The chief difference is that if a team has two or more exempt non-resident players, they cannot add additional non-exempt non-resident players to their starting roster.

i) Implementation of Rule Change; Grandfathering. Any player on the Active Roster of an LCS team or a CS team who participated in the most recent Promotion Tournament at the time of this policy change who would not satisfy the Resident definition in 1.2(a) will be considered an "exempt non-resident", which allows such a player to count towards the three Residents required pursuant to Rules 1.2(f), 1.2(g), and 1.2(h). Once an exempt non-resident has met the Residency requirement, that player will be considered a Resident. A player cannot simultaneously count as a Resident for one region and as an exempt non-Resident for another region. A player can choose to waive his exempt non-Resident status in favor of counting as a Resident for another region before December 31, 11:59 pm PST 2014. In the event that a team has two or more exempt non-Resident players as Starters, they will not be permitted to add any additional non-exempt non-Residents as Starters.

Entonces por ejemplo en Curse, Quas que es venezolano pero ya lleva tiempo allí cuenta como excepción o como extranjero? Es que si es excepción podrían llevarse a Diamond por ejemplo con Piglet y largar al paquete de IwD

#2239 creo que una vez llevan viviendo 2 años en esa zona ya cuenta como residentes, así que dependerá del tiempo que lleve viviendo en USA, que supongo que será más de esos dos años...

De todas formas, recordemos que hay una norma que decia algo asi como que "la interpretacion de la normas las hará riot como les salga del nardo". Con lo cual, si les da la gana decir que no, será que no, y si le da la gana decir que si, pues que si.

Y si lo quieren permitir y meter multa, lo harán.

Que es lo que probablemente pase
