Not enough money in the Dota Scene atm. Garena will be paying him stable income. No brainer there about why he switched.
Here is a quote from a well known Dota Caster "Godz" Which explains it
"Basically Garena sponsor a team in many major cities around SEA with decent full time salaries. They compete in their Garena league and various other things, and help promote and build LoL/HoN for Garena since those are the games they make a bunch of money off. It's sad to see this switch, but at least he'll be making a full time salary from playing in e-sports which is good to know, sadly, there aren't sponsor in SEA who can properly support Dota 2, even the best organization, Orange, are unable to give full time salaries, and teams like MUFC, Invasion, and Zenith are even further behind. Garena are the only real organization who sponsor teams properly (the players are required to play from 9am til 6pm every day or something) and give them stable income. Unfortunately, that is within LoL and HoN."
