En 2014 se espera que sea un standar y aunque puedas desactivarlo si eres el titular de la linea, te están metiendo un filtro por defecto y ya me joderia tener que llamar y decir oye que soy Fulanito y que quiero ver porno activamelo.
Debería de ser un filtro opt-in y no opt-out, hoy te dan la opción de desactivar, mañana Dios dirá...

Then they started blocking "immoral" (=porn) websites. Then blocked sites they deemed "against Iran's national security" and so on. Now look what we have. Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, a lot of news sites, Reddit, and many, many, millions of many websites are blocked in Iran. The Internet without Anti-Filter software is essentially useless.
I assure you: They won't stop here.

As another Russian I'm here to confirm Ikinoki's words. In the beginning of 2000s Putin's government created a list of 'extremist literature', now they are making a law that allows blocking every site that contains full or partial texts from that literature.
Almost 90% of books in that list are about nationalism, and are not dangerous. Very sad things happen all around the globe.

Using this law, they have already started blocking various websites. For example, in some region of Russia, Youtube was blocked for some time (two days or so) because of the well-known video "The innocence of Muslims".
And, for all Russians, some videos get restricted in a hilariously stupid manner: Last time I checked, the video "Dumb ways to die" was restricted.
