No es C almohadilla, en todo caso sería C sostenido, hace referencia al símbolo de música, por eso inglés se dice C sharp y no C hash

De todas formas a la hora de escribirlo se usa la almohadilla por que si hubiese que usar el símbolo de sostenido sería un lío de cojones
