Honestly, even when CLG.NA went to Korea for both the OGN Invitationals and the OGN Spring Season, the Korean teams took us by surprise and we had no idea how to deal with them. Despite it being their first time against Koreans, TSM tried to adapt and were very ballsy in trying to copy them, which I respect.
But really, CLG came to Korea because we saw the potential for an advantage at the NA regionals for Season 2 by training against the Korean teams. I am slightly bitter that other top NA teams have had the chance to play against them and realize their strengths. CLG had to sacrifice a lot, financially and in popularity, while others got to gain knowledge without giving up anything.
If CLG.NA can beat Azubu Frost in our next round of OGN Summer Season, we will most likely be playing against Blaze in the Semi-finals (if Blaze manages to beat Xenics Storm, another strong Korean team).
I think I will try to make some Vlogs with some of the Korean LoL players because they do not get enough recognition for the work they put into this game. It makes me sad when people outside of Asia aren't familiar with any of the teams (names and accomplishments) or the names of players.
