Una empresa de espectáculos desarrollando el androide más avanzado hasta la fecha. Como para creerselo si. Además montan una historia diciendo que su origen es un misterio PRRFFFFF. Como que los creadores no estarían en primer plano pidiendo más fondos para su investigación.
La robótica llegará a Titán probablemente en los próximos 7/15 años, pero es de lógica que actualmente no han llegado a ese nivel. Los modelos más avanzados actuales son similares al HRP-4C

No sólo eso. Si un robót autónomo (como vende la empresa en el link que me has pasado) golpeara a un hombre, sería el primer caso de la historia de una IA y un Robot atacando a un ser humano. Algo que se consideraría un evento histórico y plantearía infinitos dilemas éticos. Estaría en portada de miles de publicaciones. Pero que si os mola creer que robocop existe...

In the Mk5 version of Titan he uses sensing intrumentation, a high resolution 3D imaging camera is mounted next to a spectrometer which is located behind a two-way mirror in the chest, this can identify the variations in colour and shade, enabling the robot to tell the difference between whether someone is wearing a red or a blue coat and act accordingly without the operators say so.

Sacados del texto que has puesto te parecen de gran credibilidad... Mejor puedes ir al post de consipiranoicos y explicar que el gobierno americano desarrollo un robot para recolectar el comportamiento humano con el fin de acumularlo para las generaciones futuras. El robot resultó ser el prototipo más avanzado del mundo, pero de rebote termino siendo contratado por empresas de eventos, parques temáticos y ferias alrededor del mundo.
No es más que un rollo viral para conseguir darle más popularidad al producto.
