I have been training with 30/40/50 sets by body part twice a week. Set of 12 to 20 reps. with 30 second rest between set, so it is impossible to train with very heavy weights. I use for example to do 225 kg max on bench press and I trained with only 70/100kg.
Monday -Thursday = Chest and quad
Tuesday - Friday = Back and legs bicep
Wednesday - Saturday = Shoulders - Triceps/biceps - Calf

That depend what you call overtraining. For me it is very rare to overtrain if you eat good and don't train a small muscle like arms pore than 30 sets. Often people think that the overtrain because they are lazy so they have to find an excuse to stop training.

With my training you don't need to diet. You need to eat a lot of natural food like red meat, chicken, rice, lentils, beans......a little bit less calories that you spend a day. Dieting had put you in bad moon. I never have to loose more than 7 kg when I was competing.

Myself I used to eat as much I could, but only twice a day. And really good food, try to eat 2 kg of lean meat a day and some rice, lentil, no sweet things and no fat at all. and follow my training.

PD: Respecto a los MR olympia, siempre me ha parecido flipante la simetria de Dexter Jackson, con mención especial a los abs/oblicuos
pienso lo mismo de dexter , por eso me mola tanto el k no pierde los abs/oblicuos ,tambien decir que no es una mole como el resto de gente, creo k ni llega a los 100kg en competicion aunk cada vez tiene mas gut xd.

no se a q nutricionista famoso le vi recomendando mucho hace poco palomitas sin grasas ni azucares añadidos, pero vamos menudos valores de la ostia.
2,5g de sal para 40g de hc es un cojón xD
#5186 Cuando haces un re-feed con 4500+kcals y metes el 40-50% de la sal que has de meter en todo el día para comer 200 kcals, dime a ver como cuadras el resto para no inflarte a sodio y que se te vaya de tus valores normales diarios y acabes como un globo xD
#5185 claaaro eso mismo me ha dicho un colega, luego me ha contado que ha merendado un bocata con 200 gramos de pavo envasado, que tiene por ejemplo 2 gr. de sal cada 100 gramos = 4, más el del pan. No digo que te alimentes sólo a base de palomitas lol.

Las palomitas se recomiendan mucho en hipocalórica por su volumen/calorías ratio.
Por este mismo motivo en un refeed no lo veo una buena opción. Además que pasarte con la sal en esos días te deja un aspecto retenido asqueroso.
